Important Notes, Common Support Issues & Solutions:
#1: This happens when you are logged into your own members account and you try to delete another member from within the admin area. Your cookies have been stored in your browser. When deleting members, be sure to log out of your members account. Login back into the Admin area then delete the member.
#2: To re-activate your account you need to login to your cPanel, goto the MyPHPadmin area. Goto the 'Members' table and find your account. Then find the column 'Deleted' and remove the date in that column. This will re-activate an account.
#1: Check that there is no member account called: admin - If there is then delete it. It will be creating a loop and effect downline builder section.
#2: Check that your main member account linked to admin does not have the 'Referrer ID' as your own userid. Go to 'View Members' or search for your username. If it does, change your referrer ID to: admin
#3: If site is loading slow, check your database is not overloaded with a huge amount of ads or MBs.
#4: Do not overload your database with too many ads. Its not necessary to have 1,000,000 banner ads with 1000 views. Best to have a say 100 banners with 10,000 views etc. Its ok to add 1 million ad credits or points, but adding 1 million ads to an account will overload the database.
Be sure to follow the setup instructions inside of www.MembershipSiteSupport.com - It is quite common that admins haven't signed up to their own site as a member, then linked this account to the admin account under 'Admin Profile'. It is very important that you follow the step by step instructions inside of that support area to setup the basics of your site correctly.
This is a common issue when admins are first setting up their site and they try to test the full page surf ads. You will see this message as you are not able to view your own full page ads. As this would count towards views. You need to login to another members account to view them. They will be there and working correctly.
